In this workshop we focus on the 4 elements of tactical survival, psychological clarity, resilient identity and crisis mitigation. 

We use a combination of personal anecdotes, strategic mindset shifts, and tactical tools for teams and individuals. 

This presentation is will to challenge an audiences pre-conceived ideas or beliefs around crisis and suicide in our community. 

It offers some insights into what may be the typical experience our people may go through from their childhood, relationships, and careers that puts them in a place of crisis, or considering suicide.
